Dorset Marquee Hire Choices.
In our experience, it is a good idea that before you try to decide what type of marquee to hire, you first of all think very carefully with regards to the following: 1) The purpose of your Dorset event. 2) The location or venue for the event. 3) The number of people you would like to invite. 4) The amount you want to spend.
1. The Purpose of your Dorset Event.
The purpose of your event will have a big say in the size and type of your ideal Dorset marquee hire. By purpose, we don’t just mean is it for a beer tent, a wedding, a 21st party, a show or whatever, but think about the activities that you want to take place inside your Dorset marquee.
Will the people be sitting or standing ? If a meal is going to be provided, will it be a sit down meal or a buffet? Will there be dancing and if so will you have a band or a DJ ? Will stages or raised platforms be required ? Will there be a bar inside the marquee ? Would you like to have the Dorset marquee decorated for a wedding, branded for a company, themed for a party ? If the marquee hire is being used for short-term storage, what level of security would you need ? Would a reception area be needed ? Would a service tent or tents be needed ? Obviously the above list cannot cover everything, and the questions will change depending on the type of event you are planning. But it should get you thinking about what your Dorset marquee hire needs to provide for you to be perfectly suited for your special event.
2. The Location in Dorset.
